Full remediation project from plywood sheathing to new rain screen concrete board cladding and trims, new windows and doors, new vinyl deck membranes, planters, gutters and railings, new courtyard SBS torch on membrane with concrete stairs, concrete pavers and railings and new shingled roofing, new walkway and perimeter aluminum fencing with new pavers to patios. Project was completed in November 2010 after a 12 month restruction duration, 4 months ahead of schedule and $30000.00 under budget with all units being occupied during the remediation work.
