Janu Subramaniam is an ambitious business professional with over 12 years of expertise in the Edmonton Building Envelope Restoration industry.
At Restruction Alberta Ltd., Janu works both on the business and in the business, contributing to strategic initiatives, process improvement, and partnership development while also overseeing daily operations and managing progress billings across active projects. This dual perspective has strengthened her understanding of business performance drivers, client priorities, and growth opportunities.
She holds an MBA in Strategic Leadership & Entrepreneurship from University Canada West and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting & Finance from MOP Vaishnav College for Women in Chennai, India. She is also an active member of the Edmonton Construction Association and the Canadian Condominium Institute Northern Alberta Chapter.
In her personal time, Janu enjoys salsa dancing and badminton; interests that complement her dynamic and disciplined approach to both life and work.
