She brings a strong foundation in organizational leadership, operational coordination, and strategic planning, developed through years of working closely with management teams, clients, and project stakeholders.
In her current role at Restruction Alberta Ltd., Janu operates in a hybrid capacity that strengthens her business management profile. She works both on the business—supporting strategic initiatives, strengthening internal processes, and fostering key partnerships—and in the business through guiding daily operations and managing progress billings across all ongoing projects, coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, clients, and senior leadership, and ensuring seamless project and financial workflow. This dual exposure positions her at the operational core of the organization and provides a comprehensive understanding of business performance drivers.
Janu’s background in business development complements her management capabilities, giving her the ability to understand market needs, support growth planning, and maintain long-term client relationships without losing sight of operational efficiency or project requirements.
She holds an MBA in Strategic Leadership & Entrepreneurship from University Canada West and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting & Finance from MOP Vaishnav College for Women in Chennai, India.
