James, born and raised in Janetville, Ontario, has dedicated the past 30 years to building renovations on the west coast. His experience brings to Restruction expertise in rainscreen and building envelope remediation. He mastered the installation of various sidings, including cedar, hardy, aluminum, and vinyl. He excelled in steel stud framing, stucco lath, siding, and rainscreen, eventually being promoted to Foreman. In this role, he successfully managed projects, read blueprints, ordered materials, and supervised labor.
Outside of work, James cherishes time with his family, friends, and dogs. He enjoys beach outings, kayaking, hiking, and traveling, making the most of his leisure time with loved ones.
